Trade work is hard on products. Formats get chosen for how they behave on a ladder, in a crawl space or on a roof, not for how they look on a shelf. This is where the line's format range does the most work.
Format is a job-site decision
A concentrate is the right call when there is a truck, a tank and a mixing routine. It is the wrong call at the top of a ladder with one free hand, which is where a trigger bottle or a pre-mixed jug wins outright.
The same is true of dwell. On a roof or an exterior wall, product that dries before it is rinsed leaves streaking that is far harder to correct than the original soil, so the working sequence matters as much as the chemistry.
Adhesive and residue removal is the quiet time sink across every trade: tape lines, mastic, label gum, protective film left too long in the sun. Scraping it is how finished surfaces get damaged on the last day of a job.

Construction
Final clean and handover: protective film residue, tape lines, mastic, label gum on new fixtures, and exterior hard surfaces before the client walks it.
HVAC
Coil housings, blower wheels, condenser cabinets and the greasy film that collects on plant and duct exteriors, plus surface rust on fixings and steel components.
Roofing
Exterior wash-down, gutter faces and fascia, plus the adhesive residue left by underlayment tape and protective film. Work in shade and rinse before it dries.
Plumbing
Fixture handover, hard-water scale in bowls and traps, and the surface oxidation that shows up on tooling and steel fittings kept in a damp van.
Equipment
Plant, small engines, mowers, compressors and shop tooling. Degrease the housing, pull the oxidation off the steel, and wash the frame down at pressure.

Pick the format
Concentrate where there's a tank and a routine. Trigger or ready-to-use where you're working one-handed or off a ladder.
Work in shade
Never apply to a hot surface or in direct sun. Product that dries before rinsing streaks worse than the original soil.
Rinse and check
Rinse top to bottom, then walk the surface once more before you call it done.
